On July 1, 1970, the Chemical Plant "LUCH" was established, the plant is located in the industrial zone near the South-Western Circuit Road at Decembrists Street, 1 (now the address has changed to 7) and continues to the present, but there are no scale models in its assortment anymore. "Luch" was created at the place of the household chemistry workshop of the production association "Druzhba" ("Friendship"). In the late 1970s and early 1980s, among other products (dolls, dolls for samovars or teapots, Ded Moroz (Santa Claus) and Snow Maiden figures under the Christmas tree, rubber Stepashka, Khrioosha and Filya (hare, piggy and dog - soviet popular TV-show character for kids) produced by the plant includes several models of the FROG- Index 350 Transport aircraft scale kits (Bristol Britannia jet-prop airliner);
